The place is an absolute getaway within the city! There was some animal droppings in the floor but it was very minimal it's to be expected when you are out in the wilderness. I got to see a puma on my hike, a very pleasant experience and stay. The pool was refreshing as were the rest of the amenities
Nice scenery. Have a great look at Monterrey while enjoying lunch or dinner. A bit pricey but that is to be expected. Maybe I will stay a few nights at this hotel in the future. So my rating is for the restaurant only. Enjoy your stay in Chipinque and remember to bring a bottle of water when hiking.
This is s must if you are visiting Monterrey! 1250 meters over sea levels Pay $65 pesos and it only gets you to the snack area pay $125 pesos and you get to drive to the top. The restaurant is only open from Wednesday morning to Sunday afternoon Closed on Monday and Tuesday Make sure you walk to the top mirador, the view of the City is priceless or in this case $125 pesos Wild life all over Wild turkey and lots of butterflies
A must see location!! The view over looks San Pedro on the Chipinque mountain side and the restaurant is right on the edge of the mountain. The clouds slowly ran down the top of the mountain creating a beautiful mystic scene during our amazing brunch. The food was full of flavor and even made a special request of French toast. Our server Armando was very professional and polite, he did a great job making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of! Thank you again!
Beautiful, great service, clean, cozy and the landscape is divine. Also the services of the spa are amazing, the massage and the jacuzzi wow wonderful. Truly recommended, I'd love to come back.
The spot is breathtaking, rooms are Ok depending your pick (we went for the standard one). Restaurant however was a total deception as we ordered a light dinner of corn soup (our guess is that it was taken out of the can and heated in a microwave) and tasteless chicken salad. Perhaps heavier plates like grilled meat etc are better but ours was dissapointing.
Beautiful environment, clean room. Not the best place to be during the winter since the rooms don't warm up with the heater in the room. Great place for short vacation in Monterrey.
I came for my birthday and brought my wife from California. We both loved it got the room with the outdoor jetted tub it was awesome. Beautiful grounds with room service and the restaurant was delicious with a great view of Monterrey. Would definitely come back and stay longer. The only bad experience was the first night with the reservations the lady we spoke to was dismissive and actually provided false information said there was no rooms when in fact I had already booked one and then I found out there was actually two rooms available. Other than. That every one was great and very attentive. The restaurant staff were awesome.
